All is nicely on schedule and Belfast awaits by way of muchas airport chaos, judging by the number of fellow passengers also in attendance with suitcases (although going solely on apparel, I speculate that final destinations would in all cases bar mine be places other than Northern Ireland).
Hands up everybody who watched Doctor Who again last night just to hear Ian McKellen. And hands up everybody who is still in their pyjamas and hasn’t had a bath since Christmas Eve. I salute you.
